Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Processing Timeline

• We aim to process DMCA notices within 48-72 hours of receipt
• Valid notices will result in prompt removal of the infringing content
• Counter-notifications will be reviewed within 10 business days
• Content may be restored if the counter-notification is valid and no court action is filed

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
